These Payment Terms govern tuition payment obligations, payment plans, delinquency, refunds, and related financial matters for KCNH students.
KCNH may offer payment in full and automatic recurring digital payment plans. Available payment options are determined by KCNH at the time of enrollment and may be modified or discontinued at KCNH’s discretion.
Students who pay tuition in full at the time of enrollment are eligible for a ten percent (10%) discount, as determined by KCNH and communicated at the time of enrollment.
Payment arrangements must be established at the time of the student’s first payment. Payment schedules are provided upon plan selection and are binding upon acceptance.
Payment amounts are based on the total program cost and the payment option selected at enrollment. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars through KCNH’s approved digital payment system using an accepted credit or debit card. KCNH does not accept checks, cash, money orders, or other non-digital forms of payment.
By selecting a payment plan, the student authorizes KCNH to process scheduled payments using the payment method provided. Students are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file throughout the payment term.
The student is responsible for full payment of tuition and any applicable fees in accordance with the selected payment arrangement. Payment obligations remain in effect regardless of program completion, academic progress, withdrawal, blocked status, or termination, except as otherwise required by law or expressly provided in KCNH’s written refund policy.
Students must maintain current contact information and promptly notify KCNH of any change to their payment method or contact details.
Payments are due on the scheduled dates established under the student’s payment arrangement. A grace period of thirty (30) days applies to scheduled payments.
A late fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) may be assessed for each monthly payment that remains unpaid more than thirty (30) days after its due date.
Payment dates are established at enrollment and are generally not modified except at KCNH’s discretion.
If an account becomes ninety (90) days delinquent, the student’s program dashboard may be placed in blocked status and the student will be given thirty (30) days to pay all outstanding installments in full.
If the outstanding balance is not paid in full within that thirty (30) day period, KCNH may terminate the student’s enrollment, require reapplication, refer the unpaid balance to a third-party collection agency, add collection costs to the student’s balance where permitted by law, report the default where permitted by law, and pursue other lawful remedies.
Nonpayment may result in restricted access to course materials, blocked dashboard access, interruption of academic progress, withholding of transcripts, withholding of certificates or credentials, ineligibility for graduation, or other administrative action permitted by KCNH policy.
Early payoff of an outstanding balance is permitted without penalty. Until the balance is paid in full, the original payment terms remain in effect.
If a student withdraws or terminates enrollment within thirty (30) days of enrollment, the student is entitled to a full tuition refund less a one hundred dollar ($100) administrative fee.
If a student withdraws or terminates enrollment within thirty-one (31) to sixty (60) days of enrollment, the student is entitled to a refund of fifty percent (50%) of paid tuition.
If a student withdraws or terminates enrollment after sixty (60) days of enrollment, no refund will be issued.
KCNH may terminate a student’s enrollment for nonpayment or continued delinquency in accordance with these Payment Terms and other applicable KCNH policies. A terminated student may be required to reapply under then-current tuition rates, policies, and program requirements.
KCNH reserves the right to revise or update these Payment Terms at any time, subject to applicable law.
Questions regarding these Payment Terms may be directed to KCNH through the contact information published on the KCNH website.
